We got an awning window installed for our club and we couldn’t have been happier. We are a not for profit organization so we look for a cheaper alternative. Even though it was a rainy day our installer finished the job into the late evening. A few small issues were dealt with in a timely manner. ( latch & lock , screws etc. ) Nice Canadian products. Colour match and fit to our home was great too.

We had Dimitry replace our front door and we are more than happy with his service and the quality of work that was done. Dimitry was very organized and easy/responsive to communicate with throughout the process. We customized the door colour and used handles that were not traditional and Dimitry was flexible and patient throughout. Leon the installer was also great and is a perfectionist who takes his time so the quality is great. There is a little bit of caulking that is missing and he is coming back to fix it. The pictures don't do the job justice!

I am even bringing them back to cap my windows around the house.

I called Myron early September to get a quote to replace all the windows in our house and our front door. He gave me the quote on the spot which was great when I then met other prospective installers. He was also thorough, asking lots of questions and giving advice, and being patient when I interviewd a total of 5 companies and then went back to him!

The installation was 3 days ago, and went well. The only thing is that I would have liked for Myron to help me prepare better. He told me there would be a little dust, but it was actually quite a dusty mess in the house and I had not covered the couch or moved the baby toys. Had Myron explained to me better what to expect (and I had asked), we would have saved time on the post installation clean up.

But all in all, we have a now thoroughly cleaned house, with clean, tight windows and a beautiful new front door. We could feel the difference immediately in terms of comfort and draft, and my kids commented on how quieter it was at night (we live on Dundas and their bedroom is on the street).

We had 3 basement windows replaced, as well as 2 larger windows on our 3rd floor. One of the windows at the back of the house was a challenge as it sat in an old, rotted out frame. We also had the window opening enlarged by about 50% which required some additional work cutting into the wall and reframing the window area. Our house is over 100 years old so even with the other 4 windows there were little quirks here and there which required using a little bit of extra thought and care into the installation. But the Front Entry Doors crew did a great job installing the windows correctly and they look great. The windows also came in much sooner than originally expected so that was a nice bonus too.

I called Front Entry Doors looking for a window and that’s when Dimitry talked to me about the shower enclosure. He told me all about the it and that’s when I knew I needed it. We had 2 bay windows and patio sliding door installed in August 2015. A month later we had a heavy rainfall and we discovered that the bay window is leaking. I contacted Myron right away and he almost refused to believe the the windows could leak. He asked me if I had left a window open or is the roof was leaking. Next day he had his installer come to have a look and what we thought would repair the problem. We discovered that their "fix" was to put more caulking. I expressed my concern with Myron and he told me that if I didn't let his installer put more sealing to don't ever call him again and if they did put more seal and it continued to leak that it was not his problem. He told me to get a contractor in here to figure out where the leak is coming from and only then they would come back. I did get a contractor and a window installer to have a look to only find out what we thought was in fact true. Terrible windows and terrible installation. Don't believe any 10 star reviews from this company. Horrible product and very disrespectful customer service. I only want my windows fixed and to never deal with them again. Hopefully this never happens to anyone else in the future. They got their money so they are happy

My interaction with Front Entry Doors was great. My initial meeting with Myron was clear and direct, he was patient and provided information which helped me decide not only on the style of door but the type of door. He was thorough in explaining the process of installation and time it would take. His provided photos to show me what the differences in style would look like once installed. He understood that I wanted to get other quotes and allowed me the time to do so. He answered my questions by email in a very timely fashion.

The installation was scheduled at my convenience. The installation team was efficient and clean even though it was a rainy day.
